Yeah not exactly sure what I'm doing here or why I'm doing it. I guess I just kinda want a place to vent, and this is as good a place as any, angst is what this place is all about amirite?

I got my hands on Street Fighter IV yesterday, it's a lot of fun so far but there aren't too many people I can get a decent connection with due to it being a nightmare to try and find anyone who has the game in the states. They're taking their sweet time with actual bothering to y'know SHIP THE GAME to stores so unless you're someone who went with the DD option or got a lucky break from a friend like I did...you're pretty SOL. As far as the actual game goes, my only real complain is the sheer number of Ryus that I've had to go against, easily outnumbering the sum of times I've played EVERY SINGLE OTHER CHARACTER COMBINED.

In other news, the job hunt is going a lot better than it was previously, I actually have some decent leads out there and things are just generally moving at a faster pace. Though, I missed a phone call that I was supposed to make today because the phone bill wasn't paid so I couldn't make the call in the first place, I'm not really worried about that one since it wasn't exactly a job I was exactly looking forward to having if I did get it you know? Then again, at this point I'd kill for just about anything.

Tomorrow I'm off to chill with Christmas, Vance, Howie and maybe a few others...but a lot of my friends are out of state at the moment. In retrospect this is probably a good thing, since those that will be attending are the ones that are into the Street Fighter fad that is currently all the rage in my little social circle. Chances are pretty good I'll be coming home the day after with the skin rubbed off of my thumbs again.
